Our clinic was established in 2000 and provides medical care to patients in the Calgary area. Our team of experienced physicians, nurses and medical office assistants can take care of your health-care needs and strives to provide quality medical care to all of our patients.

West Springs Medical will NOT be offering the flu vaccine to our patients this flu season.

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

WSM will no longer provide auto refills from the pharmacy. Please book an appointment if you need a prescription refill. Your pharmacist should be able to extend your prescription until you see or speak to your family doctor.

AFTER HOURS CARE

For non-emergency assistance after-hours, please contact Health Link Calgary by dialing 8-1-1. If the nurse feels you need to be seen, they will arranage for an appointment at the Primary Care Network clinic.

URGENT MESSAGE

Our clinic is seeing an increased need for care from our patients. Although we strive to offer timely access to care, we are currently experiencing longer wait times. We are trying to improve access by growing our team to meet your needs.

We are here for you. We believe that empathy, kindness and compassion towards each other, both patients and health care providers, is key to getting through this. Thank you for your support.

MASKS

In accordance with AHS, mandatory masking for patients, doctors and staff is no longer a requirement in our clinic.

However, if you have any respiratory symptoms (cold, flu, cough, runny nose, etc) we ask that you wear a mask in the clinic at your appointment.

Please let reception know if you would like the staff or doctors to wear a mask and they will honour your request.
